StyleBook is a booking assistant service designed for barbers and hair professionals. Our AI-powered system handles appointment scheduling through phone calls and text messages, integrating with your existing calendar systems.

User Responsibilities

As a user of StyleBook, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities

Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, StyleBook may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

StyleBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of StyleBook after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
